All orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, you do not have to pay customs duties or import taxes for orders within the EU.

If the delivery is to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer. These are not to TheLuxeLabel, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. We recommend checking with the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
