Shipping and returns
Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery of goods within Germany within 1-3 days
Delivery of goods within the EU within 2-5 days
Would you like to exchange an item?
We currently do not offer an exchange service. Please place a new order and return the other item to us.
Would you like to return something?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of the invoice date.
How to return items!
Please report your return to us via your customer account. Alternatively, you can send us an email to info@theluxelabel.de with the exact items. We will then provide you with the return address.
Returns can be dropped off at a local post office. Please send the goods via insured parcel service (including a tracking number).
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
Did you receive my return package?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to reach us. You can check your tracking number to see whether we've received your return. Processing can take up to 14 days. You'll receive an email notification once it's been processed.

When will I receive the refund?
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used to pay. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your payment.
